I work with individuals and couples experiencing a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, panic, chronic pain, grief and adjustment disorders.
I endeavour to support people by providing insight, strategies and tools in the times when they may feel overwhelmed, stuck or just not coping. With the goal being to empower them so they can build and develop health, wellbeing and resilience.
I use a collaborative approach with each person utilising aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness amongst other treatment modalities, tailoring support and management on an individual basis.
My areas of special interest include men’s health and well-being, chronic pain, work-related stress and anxiety, relational, family and inter-personal issues.
I also support a range of corporate and public leaders and groups in their personal leadership goals to grow, change and be more effective and also their organisation leadership goals of business optimisation and reshaping of organisations.
I also assist people seeking vocational counselling and career guidance, mentoring and coaching, and work/life transitions and adjustment difficulties.
I am also registered to provide Veterans and Veterans Counselling Service.
